01Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between you ("you", "your", "Customer") and Cipher Pro LLC, a limited-liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, USA ("Cipher Pro", "we", "us", "our"), covering your access to and use of the Cipher Pro AI Assistant desktop application, our licensing service, and any related website, dashboard, or API (collectively, the "Service").
By creating an account, purchasing a license, activating the application, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
02Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase a license. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement, that all registration information you provide is accurate, and that you are not barred from using the Service under the laws of the United States or any other applicable jurisdiction.
03Description of the Service
Cipher Pro is a desktop AI Assistant that provides intelligent text recognition, automated typing, and licensed access to AI-powered utilities. The Service is delivered as software installed on your device together with a cloud-based licensing and authentication backend.
We may add, modify, or discontinue features from time to time. Where a change materially reduces the functionality of a paid plan you already hold, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to notify you in advance.
04Accounts & Licenses
Account security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and license keys, and for all activity that occurs under them. Notify us immediately at support@cipherhub.pro of any unauthorized use.
License grant
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, Cipher Pro grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the application on the number of devices authorized by your plan, for personal or internal business use only.
License restrictions
- You may not sell, sublicense, rent, lease, or transfer your license or account to any third party.
- You may not share a single-device license with additional users or across multiple machines beyond your plan's device limit.
- You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code, algorithms, or license-check mechanisms of the software, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.
- You may not remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices, watermarks, or license identifiers embedded in the software.
05Plans, Billing & Renewals
Cipher Pro offers time-based plans (daily, 3-day, weekly, monthly, and custom durations) purchased via Stripe, Shopify, or an approved bank-transfer flow. Prices are displayed at checkout and are exclusive of any applicable taxes, which are your responsibility unless expressly stated otherwise.
Subscription renewals
Unless expressly labeled as auto-renewing at the time of purchase, plans are single-term and do not renew automatically. If a plan is auto-renewing, you will be clearly notified before purchase and may cancel future renewals at any time from your account dashboard; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Failed payments & chargebacks
If a payment is reversed, disputed, or charged back after a license has been activated, we reserve the right to suspend or revoke the associated license until the dispute is resolved. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account termination.

07Acceptable Use
Your use of the Service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. In particular, you agree not to use the Service to violate any law, infringe any third-party right, submit unlawful content to any integrated AI model, or interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service or its infrastructure.
08Intellectual Property
The Service, including all software, source code, designs, logos, trademarks, documentation, and content (other than customer-supplied content) is the exclusive property of Cipher Pro LLC and its licensors, protected by U.S. and international intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted to you except the limited license expressly set out in these Terms.
09Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party providers, including but not limited to Stripe, Shopify, Cloudflare Workers, Google Fonts, and third-party AI model providers (e.g. Groq). Your use of those services is also governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party providers.
10Warranty Disclaimer
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted or error-free operation, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
11Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Cipher Pro LLC, its officers, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to Cipher Pro in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD 100.
12Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Cipher Pro LLC and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your infringement of any third-party right.
13Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, immediately and without prior notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or created a risk to the security or integrity of the Service. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you cease and any unused portion of a paid plan is forfeited except where the Refund Policy expressly provides otherwise.
14Modifications to the Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be effective when posted to this page, with a new "Last Updated" date. If the changes are material, we will provide reasonable prior notice, for example by email or an in-app notice. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
15Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts, except where mandatory local law grants you a non-waivable right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
