01Overview

Cipher Pro LLC stands behind the quality of its AI Assistant service. This Refund Policy explains when a refund is available, how to request one, and the conditions that apply. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

0214-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your original purchase, provided that all of the following conditions are met:

• The request is submitted within 14 days of the purchase date;
• The license has been activated on fewer than 3 total AI requests (i.e. the service has not been substantially used);
• There is no evidence of fraud, chargeback attempt, or violation of our Acceptable Use Policy;
• The purchase was made directly through Cipher Pro (via Stripe, Shopify, or an approved bank transfer). Purchases made through third-party resellers must be refunded by that reseller.

03Refunds Outside the 14-Day Window

After 14 days, refunds are granted only in exceptional circumstances, evaluated on a case-by-case basis, including:

• Duplicate charges caused by a payment-processor error;
• Unauthorized transactions reported promptly and confirmed by us to be fraudulent;
• Documented service outages attributable to Cipher Pro that materially prevent you from using the Service for more than 48 consecutive hours during your active plan.

04Non-Refundable Items

• Licenses that have been used for more than 3 AI requests;
• Expired licenses;
• Add-ons and one-time HWID resets purchased separately;
• Custom-duration plans and enterprise agreements, unless the written agreement expressly provides otherwise;
• Licenses revoked for violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.

05How to Request a Refund

Send an email to support@cipherhub.pro from the email address associated with your account, including:

• Your order number or license key;
• The date of purchase;
• The reason for the refund request.

You may also submit the request via our contact form. We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and issue an eligibility decision within 5 business days.

06Refund Method & Timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method:

Timing depends on your bank or card issuer and is beyond our control.

07Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank — we can usually resolve disputes faster and without impact to your record. Chargebacks that bypass this process may result in permanent account termination and the loss of any remaining license balance.

08Changes to this Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes apply prospectively from the "Last Updated" date. Purchases made before the update remain governed by the version in effect at the time of purchase.
