01Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines the ways in which you may and may not use the Cipher Pro AI Assistant service. It is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service, and any violation constitutes a material breach of those Terms.
02Prohibited Content
You may not use the Service to generate, process, store, or transmit content that:
- Is illegal under applicable law, including hate speech, terrorism-related content, or content that facilitates violence;
- Constitutes child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or sexualizes minors in any way — such requests are automatically reported to law enforcement;
- Is defamatory, harassing, or threatening toward any person;
- Infringes the intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights of others;
- Contains malware, viruses, or other malicious code, or instructions to build them;
- Is intended to mislead or defraud, including impersonation, phishing, or the creation of fake identity documents.
03Prohibited Activities
- Reverse-engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or attempting to defeat the license, HWID binding, quota, or anti-tamper mechanisms of the software;
- Sharing, reselling, sublicensing, renting, or leasing your license or account without our express written consent;
- Automating requests in a way that circumvents the request quotas of your plan or that would materially degrade the Service for other users;
- Probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of the Service or the systems of our providers without prior written authorization;
- Interfering with, disrupting, or attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or connected networks;
- Using the Service to develop a competing product or service, or to train a machine-learning model that competes with Cipher Pro.
04Rate Limits & Fair Use
Each plan is subject to a per-day request quota. Using the Service in a way that consistently exceeds ordinary usage patterns for that plan — for example, running the software 24/7 as an unattended bot in a way that saturates upstream AI providers — is considered abuse and may result in throttling or suspension, even where the numeric quota is not literally exceeded.
05Reporting Violations
If you become aware of a violation of this AUP, please report it to support@cipherhub.pro with as much detail as possible.
06Enforcement
Violations may result in warnings, throttling, license revocation, account termination, or referral to law enforcement, in each case at our sole discretion and without refund. We reserve the right to take any additional action we deem necessary to protect our users, our infrastructure, and third parties.
07Changes
We may revise this AUP from time to time to address new risks. The revised version becomes effective on the "Last Updated" date shown above.
