Information you provide
- Account data: name, email address, password (hashed), and account preferences.
- Payment data: billing name, country, and a tokenized reference to your payment method. Full card numbers are handled directly by our payment providers (Stripe, Shopify) and never stored on our servers.
- Support communications: content of messages you send to us via email, contact form, or chat.
Information collected automatically
- Device & license data: hardware identifier (HWID) used to bind a license to a device, operating-system type and version, application version.
- Usage data: license activation events, feature usage counters, request quotas, and error logs.
- Log data: IP address, request timestamps, and technical metadata processed by Cloudflare and our own edge workers for security and rate-limiting purposes.
Information from AI providers
When you use AI-powered features, the text or image you submit is transmitted to a third-party AI model provider (e.g. Groq) for processing. We do not store the content of your prompts or responses beyond what is required for real-time processing and short-term abuse prevention.

- To create and manage your account, and to authenticate you.
- To provision, validate, and enforce licenses (including HWID binding and quota limits).
- To process payments, deliver receipts, and reconcile transactions.
- To operate, maintain, and improve the Service, including monitoring for security incidents and abuse.
- To communicate with you about your account, service updates, and support requests.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest for sensitive fields, hashed passwords (Argon2/bcrypt), least-privilege access controls, and continuous monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

- Restrict or object to certain processing;
- Request data portability;
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
